NDMD MENTEE PARTICIPATION FIGURES FOR 2002

NDMD could not have been possible, had it not been for the dedication and commitment of its volunteer 
Local Coordinators in the field, each of whom headed a Local Organizing Committee to make NDMD a 
reality.  All these men and women, both with and without disabilities and coming from every facet of 
American life, represent the length and breadth of NDMD efforts and collectively illustrate what it truly 
means to work in a team spirit.  AAPD extends its most sincere appreciation to each and every one of its 
Local Coordinators, their Local Organizing Committees, and all other NDMD supporters for their 
generous giving of their time, effort, and resources that have made this endeavor as successful as it has 
become.

The following numbers represent figures received through December 20, 2002 but do not include figures 
from Canada and Scotland, since Agillent Technologies has not yet made this available.  Also, though 
NDMD was celebrated in Kosovo in collaboration with AAPD, no figure is shown here, since these 
international partners in that part of the world have not yet organized a direct mentoring event.

Hyphens indicate that the Local Coordinators have stated information to be forthcoming, while question 
marks indicate that the individuals have not responded to AAPD's regular requests for information.
